Serial c/n Aircraft History
XJ476 ? Belonged to the combined RAF and RN trials squadron at Boscombe Downs.
Flown to de Havilland's Factory Hatfield where it was placed in a crate marked 'Elephant incubator' and arrived at RAAF Edinburgh on 14/04/60.
To 1ATU 12/09/60 Woomera.
Used for 'Red Top' Missile trials at Woomera.
Stored Edinburgh 04/10/62 pending return to the UK.
Departed Adelaide SA 15/12/62 on SS Dorset and returned to Belfast UK.
Back at Boscombe Downs in March 1963 and involved in more trials.
Nose section only preserved Southampton Hall of Aviation.

XJ481 ? Belonged to the combined RAF and RN trials squadron at Boscombe Downs.

Now with the FAA Museum at Yeovilton.
