Written off books at Whenuapai on 06 April 1945 as reduced to spares.

Flight Sergeant Edward Brightwell, Flight Sergeant James Pederson, Flight Sergeant Archibald Alexander, Sergeant Harold Mauger and Sergeant Russell Robbie killed. Written off books at Whenuapai on 08 November 1944 as reduced to spares.

Shanks, Warrant Officer G. Millar and Sergeant R. Budd uninjured and later flown back to their base. During 1972-1973 parts were salvaged from the wreck for use in the restoration of NZ4600 by MOTAT.

Crashed into sea while in transit from Norfolk Island to Gaudalcanal. The aircraft suffered from a double engine failure about 4 hours after leaving Norfolk and was ditched. Sergeant Ralph Bryant, Warrant officer John Smith, Sergeant Harold Bayliss, and LAC Edward Bunting killed. Warrant Officers D. Stout and H. Small along with a passenger survived and were rescued.

Crashed at Pallikulo Field at 1710 hours on 11 April 1944. The aircraft suffered an engine failure during a mission and was attempting a flapless landing back at base when it over-ran the airstrip. It crashed through a fence and later burst into flames as the crew were attempting to remove the battery leads. Flight Sergeant G. Gee injured but Flight Sergeant J. Wilson, Flight Sergeant N. Ingerson, Flight Sergeant J. Carroll, Sergeant G. Skuse and Sergeant H. Lapthorne all escaped uninjured.

Flight Lieutenant Dennis Hobbs, Flight Sergeant Fred Murphy, Flight Lieutenant Robert Scarlett and Warrant Officer Stanley Nuttall killed. Flight Sergeant N. Gardiner injured.
