Returned to RAF No. 60 Squadron.

Pilot Officer Tom Evans was unable to lower the undercarriage on return from a mission on 17 April 1956.
While circling the airfield and using various methods in an attempt to lower the undercarriage the aircraft suffered a flameout.
Although the landing was a smooth wheels up the aircraft was classified as beyond repair and scrapped.

Flying Officer Trevor Bland experienced a large overspeed on take off from Bangkok during an exercise on 30 May 1957.
The takeoff was abandoned and the aircraft entered a large ditch suffering major damage and being written off.

On return from a bombing and rocketing sortie at China Rock on 07 November 1956 Flying Officer Len Cowper landed short of runway 18 badly damaging the aircraft, but escaping injury.
The aircraft was subsequently deemed beyond economical repair.

Collected from Seletar by Pilot Officer Trevor Bland on 02 August 1956 after a starboard mainplane change, and returned to Squadron use.
SOC on 04 January 1958 due life expired with 717 hours.

Canopy disintegrated when being flown by Flying Officer Dick Broderick on 18 November 1955, causing damage to fin and rudder.
Aircraft landed safely and was repaired and returned to service.
Withdrawn from service and SOC on 11 February 1957 as "life expired" after reaching 800 hours, the first of the 14 Squadron Venoms to reach this milestone.

Pilot Officer Ian Ferguson suffered minor injuries.

Flight Lieutenant Ian Palmer suffered a flameout at 1000 feet within sight of Tengah on 29 April 1957 and ejected from the aircraft which crashed into the Straits of Johore.
The pilot was unhurt and this became the first ejection by an RNZAF pilot.

Canopy shattered at 8000 feet while being flown by Flying Officer Ron McKenzie on 11 February 1956.
Aircraft landed safely and pilot was slightly injured.
Found to have cracks in the fuselage in late August 1956 and returned to the maintenance base at Seletar.
