A
single Miles Magister was acquired by the RAAF
for comparison with the service's standard basic
training aircraft, the De havilland Tiger Moth
and the CAC Wacket.
18/02/1938 Arrived in Australia 18/02/38.
Served with No.1 Flight Training School at Point
Cook, from May 1940,
Transferred to the Engineering School in July
1940,
Converted to components later that same month.
