RAAF.Serial. Const/No. Aircraft History
A100-390 390 Assembled in Bankstown, Australia by de Havilland and powered by left surplus R-1340 Wirraway engines.
Served with 1 ATU (Air Trials Unit) from 1961 to 1967.
They operated briefly with the Weapons Research Establishment at Woomera, South Australia until sold to Short Bros,
Registered VH-UPL 29/09/67 to 25/08/80.
Used at Woomera until 1980.
Boxed up at Bankstown NSW and exported to Canada
04/1981 registered as
C-GSYR.
23/06/1981 Waddy Lake, Saskatchewan. Aborted takeoff, landed on water but ended up 50 foot up into bush.
Pilot and passenger escaped unharmed, Aircraft was destroyed by fire. 
14/07/1982 cancelled from Canadian Register.

Used at Woomera until 1980.
Boxed up at Bankstown NSW and Exported to Canada and registered as C-GSYX.
25/05/1981 photographed registered CF-QOR to Buffalo Airways
02/06/1982 Removed from Canadian Register.
Exported to USA.
23/03/1984 Airworthy.
12/04/1984 Registered N1018B.
06/1984 noted on wheeled undercarriage
06/1984 noted on floats
During 2011
fitted with Garret TPE-331 turbo-prop engine and four bladed propeller on an extended nose
23/03/2013 Registered to Summit leasing LLC, Kenai, AK, USA.
